Instagram & Facebook lead ads
The Instant Form lead reaches a person in seconds.
Meta lead ads fill an export nobody opens. Modus pulls every Instant Form submission the moment it lands — webhook plus a 90-day backfill sweep so none are lost — turns it into a CRM contact tagged with the ad, and the WhatsApp agent starts qualifying it right away.
- Every Instant Form lead in the CRM within seconds
- Each lead tagged with the ad and worked on WhatsApp
- A 90-day sweep catches anything the webhook missed
Today
What it looks like right now.
Lead-form submissions sit in Meta's downloads tab until someone remembers to export them.
By the time a lead is called, it is a day old and has forgotten filling the form.
The lead arrives with no ad attached, so the campaign never gets credit for the sale.
Webhooks fail silently and Meta deletes unfetched leads after 90 days — gone with no trace.
Where the money went
Two lead-form ads. One filled the CRM, one filled the pipeline.
Meta Instant Form ads, the cost per lead Ads Manager reports, and the cost per paying customer Modus computes by following the lead to the order. Figures are illustrative.

The cheap form brought volume; the consult form brought the customers.
The agent
What it does on every enquiry.
Instant sync
A subscribed webhook delivers each lead as it is submitted; it becomes a CRM contact before it cools.
90-day backfill sweep
A scheduled pull re-reads each form's history, so a missed webhook is caught well inside Meta's 90-day deletion window.
Ad-tagged and qualified
The lead carries its ad id, and the WhatsApp agent opens the conversation, asks your qualifying questions and scores it.
Attributed to the order
When the lead closes, the order rolls up to the Instagram or Facebook ad that produced it — real cost per paying customer.
In practice
How it runs.
- 01
Connect your Page
Modus subscribes to the Page's leadgen webhook and reads Instant Form submissions — no form changes.
- 02
Leads land in the CRM
Each submission becomes a contact tagged with the ad; the agent starts the WhatsApp follow-up.
- 03
Revenue attributes back
Closed orders trace to the lead ad — Instagram and Facebook placements on the same cost-per-customer view as your other spend.
Questions we get asked
How fast does a lead reach us?
The webhook usually delivers within seconds of submission, and the lead is a CRM contact immediately. The backfill sweep is the safety net for the times Meta's delivery is late or drops, not the primary path.
What if a webhook is missed?
A scheduled sweep re-reads each form's recent history and ingests anything not already captured. Meta deletes unfetched leads at 90 days, so the sweep runs well inside that.
Can Modus edit my lead form?
It can create a new form or duplicate an existing one, but not edit a live one — Meta refuses to change a form's questions once it has taken a lead and keeps serving the old version. To change questions, you publish a new form and point the ad at it.
Does the follow-up happen on WhatsApp?
Yes. If the lead gave a phone number, the agent opens a WhatsApp conversation, qualifies and scores them, and hands your team the ones worth a call — with the form answers attached.
Stop guessing which enquiries were worth it.
One agent works every lead on your own number and your website — and every deal it closes is traced back to what produced it. We handle the setup.
