WhatsApp broadcast software
Send to thousands. Work every reply.
Modus sends your broadcast as approved templates on the official WhatsApp Business API, to contacts who opted in, paced so your number stays healthy — and then every reply becomes a lead the agent qualifies, instead of a hundred unread "tell me more" messages.
- Approved templates to opted-in contacts on the official API
- Paced delivery with a deliverability guard that stops a bad run
- Every reply captured and qualified, not left unread
Today
What it looks like right now.
Blasting from a personal or unofficial app gets the number rate-limited and then banned.
A broadcast goes out, hundreds reply, and most replies are never followed up.
There is no pacing, so a big send trips WhatsApp's limits halfway through.
The report says "delivered" and stops — nothing tells you which sends became customers.
The agent
What it does on every enquiry.
Compliant sending
Approved message templates to contacts who opted in, on your own WhatsApp Business API number — deliverable and not ban-prone.
Audience from a description
Describe the segment in plain language; it compiles to a filter, and web-only contacts are excluded automatically.
Pacing and a deliverability guard
Batch size and pauses are configurable, and a run that starts failing or hitting throttle codes stops itself and waits for you.
Reply capture
Every response becomes a lead the agent picks up and qualifies — the broadcast produces conversations, not just a delivery count.
In practice
How it runs.
- 01
Build the broadcast
Pick the audience, choose an approved template, set the pacing.
- 02
It sends and listens
Messages go out in paced batches; replies are captured and qualified as they come in.
- 03
Leads and revenue attributed
Replies become pipeline, and closed deals trace back to the broadcast that started them.
Questions we get asked
Will this get my number banned?
No — that is the reason to use it. Sends go through the official WhatsApp Business API as approved templates to opted-in contacts, paced in batches. That is the compliant path; blasting from a personal app is what gets numbers banned.
What if a broadcast starts failing mid-send?
The run has a guard: if too many sends fail, or WhatsApp returns throttle or block codes, it stops as paused with the reason and does not auto-resume. You fix the cause and resume it from the board.
Do I need opt-in for everyone?
For a proactive broadcast, yes — WhatsApp requires opt-in and an approved template. The agent can always reply freely to anyone who messages you first.
What happens to the replies?
Each reply is turned into a lead and worked by the agent — qualified, scored, followed up. You are not left with a full inbox and no time to open it.
Stop guessing which enquiries were worth it.
One agent works every lead on your own number and your website — and every deal it closes is traced back to what produced it. We handle the setup.
